Many dogs have becomes members of the family to which they belong, and their owners love them so much that they treat them as if they were human. There are people who get a dog just for the fun of it, and then, overwhelmed by the responsibilities that come with taking good care of your pet, they back out and fail to properly look after their pet, which is a shame.
